Most common EV charging issues

First, unplug the connector fully and reconnect it firmly. If you're using the app, try starting the session again. If you're using an RFID tag, tap the tag one more time. If the charger still doesn’t react, please call our support team.

Stop the session in the easyCharging app by swiping “End charging.” If the charger doesn’t respond, tap your RFID tag to try again. Still stuck? Call support.

Most EVs lock the charging cable during charging. Try locking and unlocking your car — this usually releases it. If the cable remains stuck, call our support team.

Hold the tag closer to the reader for 1–2 seconds. Check in the app that your tag is activated. If the tag is active but still not working, call support.

Sometimes the charger is offline or recently became unavailable. Restart the app, try another connector, or contact support.

Reconnect the cable firmly and wait a few seconds. Your EV or the charger may have paused the session automatically. If it still won’t charge, call support for live assistance.

Some chargers bill for “occupied time” after charging stops. Always stop the session in the app or using your RFID tag before unplugging.

Refresh the app — sometimes it takes a few minutes. If you still don’t see it after 10 minutes, contact support.

Yes — start the session directly in the easyCharging app. If the charger doesn’t support app-based activation, call us for help.

Charging speed depends on the charger, your battery temperature, state of charge and your EV’s limits.

Yes — use your RFID tag. If the charger supports RFID, you can start charging even with no mobile connection.

Often yes — many chargers allow app-based activation even if the screen is offline. Try starting the session in the app or call support for help.

This can occur if the connector wasn’t fully locked, your EV automatically reduced charging, or the station reset. Reconnect or try another charger if available.

Yes — there are no roaming or subscription fees. You only pay for energy at the station’s local price.

This can happen if the connector wasn’t fully inserted or if the charger paused automatically. Reconnect firmly. If the error persists, call us and we can check the charger’s status remotely.

If no energy was delivered or charging failed unexpectedly, contact support. We review every case and process billing corrections quickly.

Refresh the app and ensure your connection is stable. If still missing after 10 minutes, contact support.
