Check the cable connection or try reconnecting the charging cable again.
Swipe to end charge in your easyCharging mobile app. If that doesn't work, try again with your RFID card or in the app. If the charging doesn't stop after several attempts, please call our support, and we can help you stop the charging remotely.
Your EV has a built-in cable release mechanism. Try locking and unlocking your car using the central locking system - this should release the cable. If you still can't release the cable, please give us a call.
